Platinum Top 50 is a real estate industry organization founded on education, philanthropy, and service. It is designed to serve all residential real estate agents in Austin, Texas through expertly executed events, strategic partnerships, and an annual recognition program. The network and programs are designed to elevate and grow the brands of our agents while providing homebuyers and sellers a trusted resource to help make finding a qualified agent easier. The PT50 recognition program has cultivated an inclusive list of top qualified residential agents. PT50 agents check all the boxes; they’re at the top of their game professionally, but are also committed to spending their time in the community and pursuing industry excellence.

The PT50 Rookie of the Year Award is based on an evaluation of the nominee’s contribution to the real estate profession in terms of overall achievement. A “rookie” is defined as an individual with 24 months or less experience as a REALTOR®. This award is independent of similar awards given out by individual companies or other organizations. The recipient will be chosen based on participation in ABOR/PT50 activities, individual sales production, and educational achievements. The recipient must be a primary REALTOR® member of the Austin Board of REALTORS®.
