The tech industry’s influence on Austin has begun to show considerably more, bolstering the region’s job market as a result. It is one of the top 10 cities for startups and ranks in the top 10 for venture capital investments.
  4. Texan’s don’t pay state income tax!!! With California having the highest income taxes in the country, Texans find themselves often saving thousands of dollars annually.
  5. A myriad of entertainment and lifestyle opportunities. Austin is often referred to as the “Live Music Capital of the World” and there’s a good reason why.
